Jeffrey Weltz, RA, AIA 

Architect/ Principal Partner

Jeff is responsible for the design and management of commercial and residential projects. Prior to WM Architecture, he was Principal Architect of Weltz Architecture, LLC. Jeff ’s work includes high end homes, restaurants, Beach Clubs, and Golf Clubs. His work has been published in “Design NJ”.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree from Monmouth University and his Master of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has been a registered architect in the State of New Jersey since 2004 and a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Joseph Molinari, Associate AIA

Project Manager/ Principal Partner 

Joe has 29 years of experience in the field of design and construction, coordination of consultant services and field supervision. Prior to becoming a partner with WM Architecture, Joe was head of operations at Watt Architects, overseeing projects that included restaurants/ bars, commercial, multifamily and single family residential. Joe has worked for Monteforte Architectural Studio, Martelli Architects and KSI Engineers where he became proficient in Structural Design. 

Joe attended Drexel University and is an associate AIA member.
